General terms of use for conference rooms

The rooms and the inventory are rented out by Siemens AG Healthcare Sector, BS department. BOOK-IT acts as a service provider of SAG. For the use of the rooms the guidelines of Siemens AG and of the Healthcare Sector apply.

The IT/communications equipment provided, including networks, is subject to the guidelines and processes prescribed by IK / BB DIS.

The network, the intranet and the Internet are accessed according to processes IK and CS.

The rent for the rooms specified in the price-list is for normal use from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

If the times of use are exceeded, an additional charge of €100 per additional day will be collected for special cleaning.

If the times of use are exceeded, the renter must ensure that the rooms are correctly locked and the keys are handed in.

Damage to / loss of the inventory provided due to negligence must be reported when the rooms are handed over. The renter will be charged for them. Special requirements (additional inventory, additional displays etc.) will be invoiced at cost.

If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be payable:

  • up to 7 business days before the beginning of the event – free of charge
  • up to 4 business days before the beginning of the event – 60% of the room costs 
  • from 3 business days before the beginning of the event – full charge
